Schedule 3, paragraph 8(1)

In this Schedule “regulator” means— the CMA, the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland, a local weights and measures authority in Great Britain, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Office of Communications, the Information Commissioner, the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, the Water Services Regulation Authority, the Office of Rail and Road, the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation, or the Consumers' Association.
