Schedule 1 (scope of sections 2 to 4 and 7) is amended as follows. In the heading, for “to 4” substitute “ , 3 ”. In paragraph 1, for “to 4” substitute “ and 3 ”. In paragraph 2— for “to 4” substitute “ , 3 ”, and omit “except in favour of a person dealing as consumer”. In paragraph 3— for “, 3 and 4” substitute “ and 3 ”, and omit “, except in favour of a person dealing as consumer,”.
