Schedule 4, paragraph 31

Section 89 (application of unfair terms regulations to consumer arbitration agreements) is amended as follows. In subsection (1), for “the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1994” substitute “ Part 2 (unfair terms) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ”. For subsection (2) substitute— In those sections “the Part” means Part 2 (unfair terms) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
