Schedule 4, paragraph 39

In consequence of the amendments made by this Schedule— omit paragraph 19(b) of Schedule 2 to the Sale of Goods Act 1979, and in paragraph 21 of that Schedule, omit “and (2)(a)” and “(in each case)”.
