Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 3(3)

The reference to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland includes a person with whom the Department has made arrangements, under regulation 61(1) and (2) of the Lifts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1093) for enforcement of those regulations.
