Schedule 5, Part 3, paragraph 16A(14)

In this paragraph, other than in sub-paragraph (11)— “the court” has the same meaning as in paragraph 16; “the notification date”, in relation to an order under this paragraph, means the date on which notice of the application for the order is given to the respondent.
