The CMA may by notice (a “final enforcement notice”) impose on the respondent a requirement to do either or both of the following— a requirement to pay a monetary penalty; a requirement to comply with such directions as the CMA considers appropriate for the purpose of securing the respondent’s compliance with the notice under paragraph 14.
