Schedule 5, Part 3, paragraph 16I(1)

The Secretary of State may by regulations amend the following provisions of this Schedule for the purpose of substituting a different monetary amount for an amount of fixed or daily penalty for the time being specified— paragraph 16A(5)(a) and (b); paragraph 16C(5)(a) and (b).
