Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 23(4)

Those requirements are that— the notice is in writing and is given by an officer of the enforcer, the notice sets out why the entry is necessary and indicates the nature of the offence under paragraph 36 (obstruction), and there are at least two working days between the date of receipt of the notice and the date of entry.
