Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 26(1)

An officer of a domestic enforcer may test any weighing or measuring equipment— which is, or which the officer has reasonable cause to believe may be, used for trade or in the possession of any person or on any premises for such use, or which has been, or which the officer has reasonable cause to believe to have been, passed by an approved verifier, or by a person purporting to act as such a verifier, as fit for such use.
