Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 32(3)

Condition B is that, on the premises— in the case of a domestic enforcer, there has been or is about to be a breach of the enforcer's legislation, in the case of an authorised enforcer, there has been or is about to be a relevant infringement (as defined by paragraph 20(8)), or in the case of an authorised enforcer, there has been a failure to comply with a measure specified in paragraph 20(3)(b), (c) or (d).
