Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 32(8)

In the application of this paragraph to Northern Ireland— the reference in sub-paragraph (1) to a justice of the peace is to be read as a reference to a lay magistrate, and the reference in that sub-paragraph to written information is to be read as a reference to a written complaint.
