Schedule 5, Part 4, paragraph 34(4)

In sub-paragraph (3) “importer”, “package” and “packer” have the same meaning as in— the Weights and Measures (Packaged Goods) Regulations 2006 (see regulation 2), in the case of a domestic enforcer in Great Britain, or the Weights and Measures (Packaged Goods) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 (see regulation 2), in the case of a domestic enforcer in Northern Ireland.
