Schedule 6, paragraph 11

The Schedule to the Prices Act 1974 (enforcement) is amended as follows. Omit paragraphs 3, 7, 9 and 10. In paragraph 14(1) omit “and paragraph 10 above shall be omitted”. After paragraph 14 insert— For the investigatory powers available to a local weights and measures authority or the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland for the purposes of the duty in paragraph 6, see Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
