Schedule 6, paragraph 40

Section 29 (powers of search etc) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) for “any of the powers conferred by the following provisions of this section” substitute “ the power conferred by subsection (4) ”. Omit subsections (2), (3), (5) and (6). In subsection (7) omit— “, (5) or (6)”, and “or records”.
