Schedule 6, paragraph 41

Section 30 (provisions supplemental to section 29) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— for “29” substitute “ 29(4) ”, and omit “or records” in both places. In subsection (2)(a)(i)— omit “goods or”, and for “29” substitute “ 29(4) ”. In subsection (3) omit “section 29 above or”. In each of subsections (5), (6) and (7) for “29” substitute “ 29(4) ”.
