Schedule 6, paragraph 47

Section 215 of the Education Reform Act 1988 (unrecognised degrees: enforcement) is amended as follows. After that section insert— For the investigatory powers available to a local weights and measures authority for the purposes of the duty to enforce imposed by subsection (1), see Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Omit subsections (2) to (8).
