Schedule 6, paragraph 84

Section 107 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (power to make further provision about regulation of consumer credit) is amended as follows. In subsection (2) omit paragraph (g). In subsection (4) for “(2)(g) to (i)” substitute “ (2)(h) and (i) ”.
