Schedule 7, paragraph 3(3)

After subsection (1) insert— But an act or omission which satisfies the conditions in subsection (1) is a domestic infringement only if at least one of the following is satisfied— the person supplying (or seeking to supply) goods or services has a place of business in the United Kingdom, or the goods or services are supplied (or sought to be supplied) to or for a person in the United Kingdom (see section 232).
