Schedule 7, paragraph 8(8)

The power to make an order under subsection (3)— is exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament; includes power to make incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision.
