Section 82(2)

In section 14 of that Act (constitution of the Competition Appeal Tribunal for particular proceedings and its decisions)— in subsection (2) after “the President” insert “ , a judge within any of paragraphs (aa) to (ac) of section 12(2) ”, and in subsection (3) for “either” substitute “ the judges within paragraphs (aa) to (ac) of section 12(2), ”.
