Section 83(6)

If the agent is required to be a member of a client money protection scheme for the purposes of that work, the duty imposed on the agent by subsection (2) , (3) or (3C) includes a duty to display or publish, with the list of fees, a statement that— indicates that the agent is a member of a client money protection scheme, and gives the name of the scheme.
