Section 91(6)

For the purposes of this section an organiser of an event blacklists a person if the organiser takes steps— to prevent the person from acquiring a ticket for a recreational, sporting or cultural event in the United Kingdom, or to restrict the person's opportunity to acquire such a ticket.
