Section 94(1)

The Secretary of State must— review, or arrange for a review of, consumer protection measures applying to the re-sale of tickets for recreational, sporting or cultural events in the United Kingdom through secondary ticketing facilities, prepare a report on the outcome of the review or arrange for such a report to be prepared, and publish that report.
