Section 96(2)

The power conferred by subsection (1) includes power— to amend, repeal, revoke or otherwise modify any provision made by an enactment or an instrument made under an enactment (including an enactment passed or instrument made in the same Session as this Act); to make transitional, transitory or saving provision.
