Section 58(12)

No regulations may be made under subsection (1) bringing into force any of the following provisions, so far as they extend to Scotland, unless the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers— sections 4 and 5; section 8; section 14; section 15; section 16; section 25; section 29; section 33; section 34(10).
