Section 58(13)

No regulations may be made under subsection (1) bringing into force any of the following provisions, so far as they extend to Northern Ireland, unless the Secretary of State has consulted the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland— sections 1 and 2; section 7; section 14; section 15; section 16; section 17 and Schedule 1; sections 19 and 20; sections 22 to 25; section 33; section 34(10).
