Schedule 1, Part 1, paragraph 3

Preventing the import of all goods, or of goods of a prescribed description— which are consigned from a prescribed country, which originate in a prescribed country, which are consigned from or imported, manufactured, produced or owned by— designated persons, persons connected with a prescribed country, or a prescribed description of persons connected with a prescribed country, for the benefit of— designated persons, persons connected with a prescribed country, or a prescribed description of persons connected with a prescribed country, or for the benefit of a prescribed country.
