Schedule 1, Part 1, paragraph 4

Preventing the movement outside the United Kingdom of goods of a prescribed description— to, or for the benefit of— designated persons, persons connected with a prescribed country, or a prescribed description of persons connected with a prescribed country, to, or for the benefit of, a prescribed country, from a prescribed country, which originate in a prescribed country, or in specified ships (see section 14).
