Section 55(6)

A statutory instrument containing regulations under this Act which is not— is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament. a statutory instrument to which subsection (3) applies, a statutory instrument mentioned in subsection (5)(a) to (d), a statutory instrument containing only regulations under section 56, or a statutory instrument containing only regulations under section 64,
