In section 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, in subsection (5)(b) (procedure for regulations applying provisions of Companies Act 2006)— in the entry for Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, after “reconstructions” insert “ : general ”; after that entry insert— “ Part 26A (arrangements and reconstructions: companies in financial difficulty); ”.
