Schedule 9, Part 2, paragraph 22

In section 255 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (application of law about company arrangement or administration to non-company), in subsection (2), omit the “and” before paragraph (c) and after that paragraph insert , and Part 26A of that Act (compromise or arrangement with creditors where company in financial difficulty).
