If the appropriate UK regulator receives a notification from the Gibraltar regulator (see paragraph 46)— the requirement is imposed, varied or cancelled as specified in the notification at the end of the period for considering the notification, as it relates to the requirement (see paragraph 47). asking for a requirement to be imposed on a Gibraltar-based person with a Schedule 2A permission, or asking for a requirement imposed on a Gibraltar-based person with a Schedule 2A permission to be varied or cancelled,
