Schedule 6, Part 6, paragraph 44(2)

The requirement is not imposed, varied or cancelled under sub-paragraph (1) if, during the period for considering the notification— the appropriate UK regulator rejects the notification, as it relates to the requirement (see paragraph 48), or the Gibraltar regulator withdraws the notification, as it relates to the requirement.
