Section 24(1)

In Part 17 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (collective investment schemes), in section 237(3)— in the definition of “a recognised scheme”, after “means” insert “ a section 271A scheme or ”, and after that definition insert— “a section 271A scheme” means a scheme recognised under section 271A (and see also section 271S);
