Section 24(2)

In Schedule 9— Part 1 inserts sections 271A to 271S (collective investment schemes authorised in approved countries or territories) in Chapter 5 of Part 17 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (recognised overseas schemes), and Part 2 contains minor and consequential amendments.
