Schedule 17, Part 1, paragraph 3(2)

In this Schedule a “due diligence system”, in relation to a forest risk commodity, means a system for— identifying, and obtaining information about, that commodity, assessing the risk that relevant local laws were not complied with in relation to that commodity, and mitigating that risk.
