Schedule 17, Part 1, paragraph 3(3)

The Secretary of State may by regulations make further provision about the matters in sub-paragraph (2)(a) to (c), including in particular— the information that should be obtained; the criteria to be used in assessing risk; the ways in which risk may be mitigated.
