Section 146(2)

Part 2 of this Act (environmental governance: Northern Ireland) extends to Northern Ireland, except that— in Part 1 of Schedule 3, paragraphs 16 and 17(7) extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; an amendment or repeal made by Part 2 of Schedule 3 has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.
