Section 69(4)

In section 34ZA (fixed penalty notices relating to transfer of household waste: England)— in subsection (9), for the words from “within” to the end substitute “before the end of a period specified by the authority.”; after that subsection insert— The Secretary of State may by regulations substitute different amounts for the amounts for the time being specified in subsections (7)(b), (8) and (9).
