Section 69(5)

In section 34ZB (fixed penalty notices relating to transfer of household waste: Wales)— in subsection (8), for the words from “the period” to the end substitute “a period specified by the authority.”; after that subsection insert— The Welsh Ministers may by regulations substitute different amounts for the amounts for the time being specified in subsections (7) and (8).
