Section 7(1)

A relevant national authority may by regulations provide that subsection (2) applies (and section 5(A2) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 does not apply) to the relationship between— any domestic enactment specified in the regulations, and any provision of assimilated direct legislation so specified.
