Schedule 2ZA, paragraph 2(3)

In this paragraph— “credit union” has the meaning given by section 31(1) of the Credit Unions Act 1979 or Article 2(2) of the Credit Unions (Northern Ireland) Order 1985; “friendly society” means a society that is registered within the meaning of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 or incorporated under the Friendly Societies Act 1992; “levy year” has the meaning given by paragraph 3.
