Section 62(7)

The Minister may not enter a supplier’s name on the debarment list if— during the debarment standstill period— proceedings under section 63(1) (interim relief) are commenced, and the Minister is notified of that fact, and the proceedings have not been determined, discontinued or otherwise disposed of.
