Section 62(8)

A Minister of the Crown— must keep the debarment list under review, may remove an entry from the debarment list, in the case of an entry added on the basis of paragraph 35 of Schedule 6 (threat to national security), may revise an entry to remove a description of contracts, and may revise a date indicated under subsection (4)(d).
