Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 2(1)

Paragraphs 10Z7CD and 10Z7CE apply if— an application is made under paragraph 10Z7CA in respect of cryptoassets, the court or sheriff is satisfied that some or all of the cryptoassets are terrorist cryptoassets, and there exists property that is associated with the cryptoassets in relation to which the court or sheriff is satisfied as mentioned in paragraph (b).
