Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 2(2)

Paragraphs 10Z7CD and 10Z7CE also apply in England and Wales and Northern Ireland if— an application is made under paragraph 10Z7CA in respect of cryptoassets, the court is satisfied that some or all of the cryptoassets are earmarked as terrorist property, and the cryptoassets in relation to which the court is satisfied as mentioned in paragraph (b) belong to joint tenants and one of the tenants is an excepted joint owner.
