Schedule 3, paragraph 2

In section 242 (protected information: restriction on disclosure by registrar), in subsection (3)— omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (a); at the end of paragraph (b) insert , or as permitted by section 1110F (general powers of disclosure by the registrar).
