Schedule 3, paragraph 3

Section 243 (permitted disclosure by the registrar) is amended as follows. For subsection (2) substitute— The registrar may disclose protected information to a credit reference agency. In subsection (7), omit— the definition of “public authority”; the “and” before that definition.
