Section 206(1)

In section 61(1) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (offences to which certain investigatory powers apply), at the end insert— an offence under section 199 of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (failure to prevent fraud offences).
